Shipping FAQ – READ THIS!

ANY PACKAGES RETURNED DURING THE Covid-19 PANDEMIC WILL NOT BE PICKED UP FROM OUR POSTAL BOX UNTIL IT’S OVER. NO REFUNDS OR RE-SHIPMENTS DURING THIS TRYING TIME! DON’T LIKE IT? DON’T ORDER PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!


We ship in plain packaging or via usps provided flat rate boxes.

Most USA orders take 2-5 business days. World wide orders take 7-30 days on average depending on location and how mail is moving at the time. (This also depends on the shipping level you picked while ordering)

Once your order has shipped you will receive at least ONE email with tracking. Always check your spam before contacting us. If you have got no email then odds are the order has yet to ship and will soon unless backordered.

NOTE: If you order express or any type of shipping with a “time to arrive” this is a VERY rough estimate. Don’t expect a package to show up tomorrow if you ordered at 10pm the night before. We will ignore all emails that are related to time frames. Check your tracking, check your order. Pre orders don’t ship until ALL items are in stock!

While we ship daily, not all orders make it out that day or next. We are always backed up and have over 100+ orders to fill in queue from the day before.

Same day shipping cut off is 10am EST no exceptions. Any order after 10am EST will go out the following day or the next business day. USPS is only open Monday through Friday for mail pickup. So this means if you order FRIDAY NIGHT @ 8pm it will go out MONDAY MORNING.

USPS EXPRESS IS NOT ALWAYS 1-2 DAY DULEY NOTE THIS BEFORE PICKING THIS OPTION AS IT MAY BE A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!

ALL DELIVERY DATES SHOWN AT CHECKOUT ARE A VERY VERY ROUGH ESTIMATE DO NOT EXPECT YOUR PACKAGE TO ALWAYS MAKE IT ON THAT TIME/DATE. WE ARE NOT AMAZON PRIME!

Refunds and Returns

We offer returns based on a case by case basis. If the item is defective we will provide a refund for that portion of the defective product or a partial refund.

Refunds caused by returns, IE: bad address or refused packages will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the item is returned to us, we assume you will contact us to pay for re-shipment . This will need to be done via email so we have a record of it. You will be responsible for the shipping fee for shipment.

Refunds are only given if the product was returned in full and unused and not damaged. These are still subject to the restocking fee of 25%
