We ship in plain packaging or via usps provided flat rate boxes.

We currently offer shipping services to all 50 states within the United States. We also extend our services to Canada and other international destinations, subject to additional charges and custom regulations. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on the destination country.

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. We offer flat-rate shipping options for most items within the continental United States. Expedited shipping services are also available for customers who require faster delivery.

We ship our products via reliable carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Upon successful processing of your order, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your shipment.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier. However, if you experience any issues with your shipment, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Refunds and Returns

Once our products are delivered, they become your property, and we do not offer any returns or refunds. We advise customers to ask any questions or address any concerns before placing an order. In the event that a product is deemed defective by us, we will send a replacement, but we do not offer any refunds.

If a refund is requested due to a return, such as a bad address or a refused package, a 50% restocking fee will apply. If the item is returned to us, we assume that you will contact us via email to arrange for re-shipment, and you will be responsible for the shipping fee.

Refunds are only provided if the product is returned to us unused and undamaged, and subject to the 50% restocking fee.
