We ship in plain packaging or via usps provided flat rate boxes.
We ship Monday – Friday Only. So if you order after 10am EST on FRIDAY it will go out MONDAY.
We are located in the USA, East Coast. So plan your orders accordingly.
Please expect delays during the covid19 outbreak, we are running at 50% staff and usps is running VERY late on shipments. We can guarantee no eta’s on any orders due to this.
Same day shipping cut off is 10am EST no exceptions. Any order after 10am EST will go out the following day or the next business day. USPS is only open Monday through Friday for mail pickup. So this means if you order FRIDAY NIGHT @ 8pm it will go out MONDAY MORNING.

All express shipping orders will require a signature to combat fraud. Don’t like it? Don’t order.
Order shows delivered? Not received? Please contact usps. We don’t deliver your mail, contacting us does nothing but waste each others time. 9/10 this was left with a neighbor or you haven’t checked your mailbox or you put the wrong shipping address. This is not something we can help with. If you package is returned we will be charging a 50% restocking fee (PRODUCTS ONLY) shipping is non refundable. Or you can repay to have it shipped.

Refunds and Returns
We offer zero returns, our products once they are delivered are yours. Any questions should have been asked or addressed before placing an order. Orders that come “defective deemed by us” will get a replacement sent out. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.
Refunds caused by returns, IE: bad address or refused packages will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. If the item is returned to us, we assume you will contact us to pay for re-shipment . This will need to be done via email so we have a record of it. You will be responsible for the shipping fee for shipment.
Refunds are only given if the product was returned in full and unused and not damaged. These are still subject to the restocking fee of 50%
